At Hobby Tee World, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with us—from browsing to wearing your new favorite shirt. Since our products are printed on demand, we follow a clear, fair returns and refunds policy that protects both you and our creators.

Custom-Made Product Policy:

All of our items are printed specifically for each order. That means we don’t carry pre-printed stock. Because of this, we cannot accept general returns due to preference, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost if:

– You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted.

– You receive the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size from what was ordered).

Timeframe for Claims:

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. Claims outside this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

– Attach clear photos showing the issue with the product.

– Briefly explain the problem and your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

– Our support team will respond within 2 business days.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective item. If we do, and the issue was our fault, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Not Eligible:

– Items with damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

– Incorrect size orders when sizing charts were provided.

– Color variances due to monitor differences.
